Media Policies

Throughout the EADV Congress, the EADV press centre will be holding press conferences and distributing press releases. Press centre staff will be available to arrange interviews with physicians and researchers who present their work at the congress.
Only registered journalists have access to the EADV press centre, which is open daily during the congress. Media registration is free and provides access to all scientific and poster sessions (Except for Courses and Lunches) as well as the exhibition. The EADV press team will accompany camera crews wishing to film at the congress, especially in the exhibit hall. Crews can arrange for an escort in the EADV press centre.

PRESS

• The Media Welcome Desk is located on level 0. All journalists should pickup their badges at the Media Welcome Desk prior to accessing the EADV Congress. Access to the Congress will be denied to anyone without a valid badge.
• The EADV press centre is open to media representatives only.
  
• The EADV does not share media lists.
  
• Press badges will be distributed only at the Media Welcome Desk (level 0). Only journalists who bring an international press card or official editorial assignment will receive a press badge.
  
• The press badge must be worn visibly at all times to gain access to all EADV sessions and to the exhibition.
• At the press centre journalists will be provided with copies of the EADV programme and abstract CD-Rom. A work area with access to electric outlets, computers, copier, Internet, fax machine, telephone etc. is also available to them.

EXHIBITORS

• Company representatives may not approach media in the press conference room.
• The EADV does not distribute lists of attending journalists.
• With prior permission from the EADV, exhibitors are welcome to display press materials in the EADV press centre. Please contact EADV´s press agency impressum in advance.
• Setting up other press centres is forbidden.
• Exhibitors are not allowed to use the EADV logo on their press material.
• Press conferences by exhibitors are not permitted prior to the first EADV press conference or at the same time as the official press conferences.

Press conferences are held in room 134M / 135M located on the mezzanine of level 1

Accreditation will be on site in the EADV press centre. Please bring your international press card or a written editorial assignment with you.
