The dermatologist is at the forefront of Oncological Skin Surgery because he is familiar with clinical aspects and the carcinogenic properties of skin tumors. He must respect therapeutic recommendations, while imagining wich of the possible surgical techniques wil leave the least scar tissue.

A one-of-a-kind interactive course of dermatological surgery will be organized during EADV PARIS 2008. This two-part session will take place September 18th, 2008 from 8h30 to 12h00 and 14h45 to 18h15. During the morning session, different surgical procedures will be broadcasted live from the "Hôpital des Peupliers" in Paris to the conference center (Palais des Congrès) where participants will be able to interactively discuss the procedures and ask questions. During the afternoon session, 9 communications involving videos on oncologic dermatological surgery of the face and the best of nail surgery, will be presented with the support of DVD video, which will be offered to each participant of the course.
